If you have a meal plan with a sorority can you get rid of the rutgers meal plan completely?

If you live on campus you can drop it to 75 swipes and get a refund check from Rutgers but can't 100% drop it unless you live off campus. However the refund check can help you pay for your dues because some people get back $1,500 or more from rutgers by dropping it to 75.
