formal recruitment as a junior
by: whoopsSo I figured that I want to do greek life but i am already a junior, do I have any chance of getting a bid during fall recruitment? What would make me a likable candidate.
#1 by: it's okay to be a junior
for sorority spring formal recruitment- an interesting personality will make you a likeable candidate. also, abide by the clothes suggestions they tell you at the meetings. act like you are very interested in the organization and ask questions.
being a junior does not automatically eliminate you at a candidate. freshmen and sophomores are certainly the more ideal candidates but last year my sorority took a handful of juniors.

Most sororities actually do take juniors just because one girl in ONE sorority says they don't doesn't mean they are all like that I know for a fact that GPhi, ZTA, SDT, and PHI Mu all take juniors Phi Sig I know doesn't and I don't know about SK or DG however you do have a chance of getting a bid. Don't not do it just because one person said you wouldn't get a bid at there sobriety they should not be speaking for the rest of us. However with juniors we are more selective I would say on who we do give a bid too.
