frat descriptions

id like to start by saying that I'm not in a frat and everything I'm about to say comes from first hand experience at parties/meeting actual brothers
lets be real... the only relevant frats from a party standpoint and just having cool bros at rutgers rn are tdx, skull, and sig ep.... even tho sig eps brothers can be pretty chill, when they lose their house they will become irrelevant
sigma chi and theta chi are both mad chill and they will be in the top tier when they're off probation without a doubt
skull is kinda sketchy but they're cool and hot girls go to their parties---mostly freshman tho; same with sig ep
nothing bad to say about tdx--they have legit connections with all hot sororities and will continue to be relevant after they lose their house (i swear I'm not in tdx)
waste of a house:
chi psi, kappa sig, alpha sig;
DKE (the bros that i know are chill but they're house is literally useless its so sad) - so much potential if they were recognized
ZBT (no explanation needed)
phi delt --dope house, parties not too great, bros not the coolest
PKT- no opinion; parties alright, bros might be weird
phi psi- they had one party, brothers not too cool
unlettered frats that are cool
pike, pikapp, tke (not cool bros- has parties that some hot freshman girls go)
top tier: tdx, sig ep
mid top: skull
lower top: sig chi and theta chi but will go to top after probation
2nd: everyone else with a house
3rd: everyone without a house
at the end of the day its just my opinion

Probably has to do with sigma chi or theta chi not okay with being below them on this list.
