They have only become more relevant because of whats happening with the other top tier fraternities. Basically they got lucky and I heard other girls leaving their party because Phi delt was funner lol

Went to 2 Skull parties and I was sooo disappointed, my roommate and I waited more than 20 minutes to get beer and eventually just gave up, guys arent that hot. Nice house tho and so much potentially, you just need to be more organized and visible.
