I agree, but I would move sigma chi up with the rest of the top and put phi delt in the middle. Also disagree with the rest not mattering.

Skull is middle tier, sigma chi is top, anything lower than middle tier is irrelevant

First off, get rid of old Sig Ep- they have no real brotherhood and are irrelevant.
Second, Skulls & TDX should be at lower middle. They both will be losing their houses next year.
Third, TKE should not even be on this list. Their parties suck big time and so does their fraternity.
