This was clearly written by either a Sigma Chi or a Pike, which both fraternities are CRAP as well, or bottom feeder fraternities that are and always will be losers of the IFC.

If these fraternities are crap, could you provide examples of frats that are not? that you would not consider "bottom feeders"
