I heard that Rutgers is open for extension... which sororities are presenting?

Yes, the CPC has voted for open extension. So far the following NPC's submitted expansion packages.....
Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Chi Omega (re-colonization if they were invited)
Alpha Omicron Pi
Delta Delta Delta
Delta Zeta
Kappa Delta
