1. TDX- The best at the moment can they stay on top with housing rumors
2. Theta Chi- Supposedly took a beat spring pledge class overall solid and they own their house with a great history
3. Sigma Chi- Overall solid just a step below OX but the word is they can't party (rumors) and have some weirdos aka GPA boosters
4. Skull- Always upper middle these kids know how to party but also having housing rumors and a couple odd kids/degenerates
5. Phi Delt- Great house with a mixed bag of brothers anywhere from savages to nerds but they are always competing
6. Chi Psi- Smart kids who have one of the nicest houses but do not pull and are scared to party
Honorable Mentions:
Pike, SAE, Pi Kapp
Out:
Delta Chi- Made great improvements during the 2014-15 year but lost their house and could be in trouble (rumors)
Alpha Sigma Phi- Have had the opportunity to establish themselves and are mediocre at best
ZBT- No pledge process

If the other fraternities were not mentioned, it's because they are irrelevant. The one that were listed are the ones that really matter.
