Kinda speaking for the future, but I'm going to transfer for the spring semester to Rutgers and want to join a fraternity. Do all houses do spring recruitment? Also is it competitive to receive a bid?

yeah everyone does spring recruitment, freshman aren't allowed to pledge until spring anyways.
