What the hell does best philanthropy mean? Breast cancer might be relatable to more people but that does not make it better. In fact, it just makes it easier to raise more money. ( good for you. ) All the chapters at Rutgers work hard on their service projects and it's ridiculous to say one philanthropy is better than another. A true philanthropist would know that.
