What fraternities are low profile right now but are on the rise and will be mid to top tier in the next couple of years?

The 3 I would recommend are Pi Kappa Phi, SAE, and Sigma Pi.

Pi Kap is so so they have a couple nice brothers but a lot of them are strange, they are pretty new so they do have potential but have a poor location so they have a few years until then.

Simga Pi I don't really know too too much about, I met a few brothers and they seem to be a nice group of brothers. They had some brothers participate in "Spring to Love" which was pretty cool and they are going to be moving onto Mine Street so that could potentially help them a lot, time will tell.

SAE is probably the best, most established out of these 3. They are still relatively new and have an awesome house location. We did a philanthropy event with them this past week which me and all my sisters really enjoyed (they did a week of events with different sororities; Gamma Phi, ZTA and Phi Mu) and we all had a good time with the brothers. I also went to the day drink they had at the end of the week and the one they had with Sig Ep the week before and they were both super fun. They are definitely establishing a good relationship with others fraternities and sororities and are moving quickly in the right direction.

These are just my opinion, there are so many fraternities at Rutgers so make sure you check out everything and go with where you feel most comfortable!!

no fraternities will ever be on the rise because of all the rules and regulations from OFSA. join an established fraternity with a house and pray that OFSA doesn't bring down the hammer before you graduate
