which frats throw the best parties? and i'm not talking about that "we can have fun without alcohol bc jesus" frat parties. I'm talking about parties that compare to the ones in movies like Neighbors, etc. And also, do they charge at these parties? what're they like in general? which houses throw which kinds of parties? are the only girls that can go in sororities? or is it more for everyone?
