tdx falling

is tdx still actually the top house? besides the physical house they really dont have much appeal. a lot of rushes are going to sig chi or theta chi now. i think tdx has been called the top house for so long, no one has noticed they are actually slipping

Question.....the house that tdx has now is that owned by them or another fraternity? I can remember far back when DY, Phi Delts and even DG lived in that house at soem point.

its owned by dave adams one of the landlords building all those luxury apartments
