dke, akl not registered with rutgers

Ok I have to ask this question...Is DKE & AKL still registered fraterntiies at Rutgers? According the the Rutgers Greek Website, DKE & AKL are no longer registered organizations at Rutgers. Can some one confirm if this is true?

I know someone in Greek life and he confirmed it to be true. It may be because of the incident from last semester where that student passed away.

So it is safe to say that both AKL and DKE are no longer fraternities recognized by both the IFC and University..correct? If that is the case, did DKE lose their charter as well? What will happen to their house?
