I honestly think Sig Chi and maybe Theta Chi have surpassed TDX as the top houses. Better recent pledge classes and just as close with the top sororities. TDX just coasts on their house and really haven't been getting the guys that they did a few years ago.

agreed. all the pledges that tdx used to get are now going to sigep sigma chi or theta chi. and tdx is getting all the left over rushes from these three top houses
