TOP:
TDX- Solid for now, but will not be here next year. Losing their house.
SIG EP- Will continue to do good even when they get Zeta Psi house.
CHI PSI- Will continue to do good. Great house location
UPPER MIDDLE:
DKE- Great house location. Continuing to rise
SX- Good, but still too overrated
SAE- Will do good, especially without a pledge process
MIDDLE:
ALPHA SIG- Great house location. Continue to improve
ZBT- New House, location good. Will continue to improve
SKULLS- Good House, May increase this year
THETA CHI- Good, but social probation will hurt them
BOTTOM:
TKE- No letter house, may do well.
PIKE- No letter house, but several houses, may work or may not work.
DU- OK. Nothing to get excited about.
