Why is agd so low on the tier list

1) AXP (Crows) will get the house back 2 years after installing. They are eligible to install as early as this semester, but I don’t think they have yet.
2) they bid plus sized, which isn’t a problem to me specifically but you would understand why
3) little philanthropy efforts and also they barely mix with frats even if reached out to. Solid D tier
