Phi Mu leasing 49 Mine?

Is this actually/officially happening in the fall until OX is off suspension?

Theta Chi alumni own and maintain 49 mine st. However the charter was revoked in 2022 when theta chi undergrad chapter was caught growing vegetables in the house. The school issued a 5 year suspension. Until then, Theta chi cannot recruit. Brothersof49mine tried to go rogue, and they even got a solid pledge class. But phi mu housing board offers a better incentive to theta chi alumni to lease the house in the meantime. The deal is still ongoing, but very likely to pan out.

Theta chi would be stupid to do this. Go rogue and keep the house. Last time rutgers had this situation, kappa sig can’t get its own house back cuz sig Delt got comfortable in it 😂

This actually cannot be true because phi mu isn’t losing its house just yet. The apartment complex got postponed another few years.
