Why is SDT in kappa sig’s house?
by: ZBTI’m hearing that Sig Delt is staying in 14 Union, for the foreseeable future. But kappa Sig owns the property, and there’s a chapter of around 40-60 guys here now. So why is SDT staying there and will the house be available for other orgs?

It doesn't make sense that the owner of the kappa sigma house would extend SDTs lease, w specially since he's a Kapa Sig alum. I guess he doesn't give a crap about his brothers and growing the fraternity (even though they already have about 60 members already, so maybe they don't need that 90s mcmansion)
