Who is moving into a new house?

No one is changing addresses.
-Phi Mu house getting destroyed
-Phi Psi regains full control of 10 Bart.
-Theta Chi somehow keeps 49 Mine indefinitely
House non-owners
-SDT keeps 14 Union (kappa Sig confirmed they not getting it anytime soon either)
-PiKapp keeps 52CA (SAM can’t come back til 2027)
-AGD keeps 11 Union (CROWs?)
-PKT house is the only one that’s lease might be ending soon. I think all the other frats are looking at it right now that aren’t housed.

Apartment complex will be under construction Fall ‘24 in that lot like a verve type
