Relevant Frats for Fall 2023

Enough with the frat tiers, let’s only talk about the relevant guys here…

AEPi- so they’re not recognized by Rutgers after the incident. Who cares it’s probably better for them. They have a nice house, but are consistently average. Those YouTube guys definitely didn’t help their case.
ASig- the house is getting renovated. They throw discord parties with crappy ratio. I don’t know what will fix them tbh
Chi Phi- expecting big things from these guys but recent pledge classes gave me questioning it. They should be careful and try not to be kicked
Chi Psi- they’re so closed off, should try to reach out to other frats/ sororities more often
DPhi- literally hangs out with SDT and that’s it. Doesn’t help that they made their own house worse since TDX left.
Kappa Sig- only relevant cuz they chartered and claim they got SDT’s house. It’s so delusional I literally know girls living there this fall, lmao. I mean, do they even exist?
Phi Psi- they’re just small and broke. Hopefully new leadership and a solid rush brings them back up.
Pike- besides the dage house, I think they’re in their last breaths officially
PSK- so where’s this new house? Also do they exist or what?
PiKapp- they don’t even try is the sad part. Their “brotherhood” is literally just their mutual hate for their pledge process. All that just to be lucky a strike made that backyard relevant
SAE- finally off suspension, but that never stops the dage! Wait so what’s next? Or are they just stuck being known as the mid tier dage frat
Sig Chi- for some reason these guys are actually good at being a frat
TDX- runs the bars, controls the top sororities, but they’re not even an established frat now. Oh wait, it makes sense lol. Screw Dean A
Zeta Psi- kind of like chi psi, but I think they’ll be top 5 by falls end, which isn’t hard to be at Rutgers lol
