im basing this off overall size, pledge class size and how fun the parties are. i think pmd and d chi, are relatively the same size but by far pmd is throwing a lot more. kappa sig is new but have so many guys already so idk. sig ep honestly havent really heard much of

being completely real, pmd is prob the frat with the biggest come up right now in terms of increase in size and partying. not kappa sig lolll. compared to frats like a sig and pkt pmd still has a ways to go but out of this list, they are literally the only ones that are not bottom tier rn. everyone else on this list is bottom tier
