Lol. Union Street only has 2 fraternities (Phi Delt and Kappa Sig). College Ave has Chi Psi, DKE, TDX, Skull, and Alpha Sig. No comparison. College Ave frats are on a whole different level.

This question should be College Ave vs. Mine Street. Who cares about the 2 fraternities on Union.

It's lettered house fraternities like Skull, TDX etc. vs. fraternities that throw down a lot on Mine Street like SigEp and whatever else there is (Theta Chi once they're off probation)
