How is Zeta Psi?

Is Zeta Psi on the comeup, they have an amazing house but I don’t seem to hear much about them.

In all honesty, Zeta psi is mid, even before they're sitting on their pledge incident. They have a very nice house and that is about it. From what I know Zeta Psi’s previous president didn't even want to associate himself with the rest of the frat and pretty sure he decided to move out. However they do have prob one of the best house on campus. But I really don't see them improving their status on campus that much
