what's the final news on zeta house?

Ok what is the final outcome??? Does anyone know who are the new tenants for Zeta House? Anyone finalized the lease agreement?

NO. It's still up for grabs. A sorority would make the house to prissy and a fraternity will damage it. At this point they should just lease it to the University and have Non-Greek members turn it into a Theme house. At least they would take care of it.

Phi Mu got the house. Whoever is denying it is probably sisters of Phi Mu. THey will be moving in near the ending of summer.

Ok, with only 2 weeks remaining, has anyone signed the lease for the Zeta House? Did Phi Mu or any other Greek Org sing the lease? Is it going to stay empty? Inquiring minds want to know.

Phi Mu is having problem signing the deal. Money, sister etc. Also phi mu is very new. Honestly they should wait a year
