chi psi or chi phi?
by: fratso i’m a freshman and been rushing all week. i’ve rushed dphi, theta chi, chi psi, chi phi, tdx. i’ve cut it down to just chi psi and chi phi. which one should i do?

Unless ur getting bids from frats u can’t technically “cut them off your list” because they don’t want u either. Personally I would say rush around and if a frat gives u an interview that prob a good sign. But to answer ur question
Chi phi
Pros - throws great parties
Have pretty good relations with sororities
Have a good number of brothers
Have a good house
Cons - heard their giving a lot of rolling bids which is defiantly not a good thing considering their one of the top frat
There is a rumor that they might lose their letter house soon. Something went wrong with their housing advisor or sum sort. Not too sure, my buddy in chi phi didn’t go much in detail
Chi psi:
Pros- really good alumni relationship
Have prob the best letter house
Recognize by other frat/sorities
Cons- can’t throw a good party for their life
Have been to some and let me say alot of their own brothers wouldn’t even show up to it

Your alum doesn't own the house. Lol, the fact that I know more than you are crazy. SDT National owns your house. Your currently on the lease. However u don't think SDT will want to move into that garbage house regardless. Worry about throwing parties, heard ya’ll can't even throw in your main crib no more.
