How does chi psi stay so relevant without throwing any (or at least any open/known about) parties. ik they're academically good and they prob have the best house on campus but idk. I see the appeal but I also wonder do they even party and how exclusive must they be for nobody to know about them

they are actually all good guys and they only get girls in sororities, so if ur not in a sorority then u can’t go to their parties

Whenever they do throw open parties they suck tho? Wouldn’t expect that from a frat that only has “exclusive sorority parties”

is it cus they have the best gpa, best philanthropy, best house, good sorority relations, or is cus they don’t haze tf out of their pledges like other fraternities
