Actual No Bias Ranking

Ok, I've been to nearly every frat in this list (exeptions are pike and all the ones in bottom tier), I'm going to tier these frats and put each frat under in no specific order. I will include off-campus that are relevant.
Top -
theta chi - kicked off so may fall in the coming years, but as of right now still top tier
chi phi - all around good for now, weak recent pledge classes and let too many randoms into parties though so may drop in the coming sems/years
chi psi - well-rounded, dont throw often but still have great connections and good brotherhood will probably stay here unless they really dont throw that often
tdx - was debating between upper mid and top but probably will decline after this sem/next sem but still barely here after having that redds mixer they also sent a kid in a coma so thats a really bad look

upper mid -
dphi - having a big house does not mean top, they are decently connected but definitely not top tier and parties are really not even upper mid status. their connections, house and brotherhood carry them here
sae - despite some opinions they honestly are a good frat despite a few ass parties no lettered house but banger dages and brothers are chill, need to work on night parties and mixers and could move up in the coming years
zeta psi - besides THE incident they are a great party frat and amazing security but the bros are a lil mental with their process and attitude
pikapp - very close to moving to top, huge brother count however which can negatively impact rep and "fraternity" but help to throw better parties.
BETWEEN MID AND UPPER MID
pike - is heavily declining terrible classes recently havent made too much progress since being kicked off
sig chi - they really arent bad, they get a lot of hate for self-ranks but honestly decent parties need to increase connections
phi psi - weird brothers but good nages and better connections is good enough to keep them here
mid
asig - whoever says asig is higher than mid is either self-ranking or has never been to their parties they do however have a good new class.
dke - hit or miss parties, very egoistic brothers
pkt - very hard decline, classes have been weak recently but still manage decent parties.
aepi - always been mid, parties are sometimes bangers brothers are eh and theyre also now kicked off
bottom -
everyone else
(sig pi (host a lot of parties, terrible connections and parties usually get out of hand/shut down/too crowded, dchi (used to be mid, now they just are irrelevant), zbt (aepis lesser accomplished younger sibling, akl (like a 5 brother count lol), etc.)
