When the zeta house was shown on Sunday to national representatives, they began bidding for the lease for the next 3 years.
Basically, Gamma phi is gonna take the house. According to two of the Junior eboard members, the girls couldn't stand having the same "small" house anymore so they outbid everyone.

Does GPhi have a house on Mine Street? Then if GPhi is going to move into the ZPsi House, who is going to get the Mine Street house? If memory serves me correctly, that house on Mine use to be the Theta Chi house at one time. Will either TKE, Pike or Phi Mu bid for that house?
