SigEp has abolished rush and pledging using the award winning Balanced Man Program. The BMP aligns perfectly with year-round recruitment through a four year college experience. And it is simple to understand. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. This also means there is never hazing. Let's say you are recruited in early September of your sophomore year -- then you just join other members in the Phi challenge who joined last year and have already completed fifteen of the eighteen Sigma Challenge meetings. You join the rest of the members in the Phi challenge for the remaining three meetings. If you have not attained Epsilon level by the end of the Spring semester of your sophomore year, you can complete the challenge asynchronously using the game-changing Balanced Man Program App to unlock the Epsilon level and continue to make progress towards graduating with the rank of Brother Mentor.

Do research on the frat ur gonna rush And personally I’ll say go around rushing 2-3 frats. And see how the vibe is. But keep in mind rushing don’t mean u’ll get a bid.
