Rankings mid summer

Rankings and descriptions plus who has a house next year.
Top:
Chi Phi 🏠: Haven’t been in trouble and has been fairly consistent. Some sorority girls don’t like them but they still have more than enough traction to remain top for now.
Delta Phi 🏠: Has been going up since 2020 and just got the Union house back after a long time so it’s safe to say they will probably be up here.
Upper Mid:
Theta Chi 🏠 : Danger of dropping lower because they are on C&D and might be done but we will see. Cant be top if they are in too much trouble to use house.
Chi Psi 🏠: have a nice house and mixers but don’t throw often and brothers herby. Still good enough in all aspects besides parties to stay up here.
Pi Kappa Phi 🏠: has always been decent since the past couple years and just got 52 college Ave so they might go up even more. Could see them pass chi psi this fall.
Sigma Chi 🏠: came back and started going up last year pretty quick. lost 52 college ave after a year but got 40 hardenberg from DU so they could go up more in fall as well
Alpha Epsilon Pi 🏠: in danger of dropping because they are still in trouble with the school. Usually hover in the upper mid area when not in trouble. Throw often and are a freshman hub. Still a fun time.
Zeta Psi 🏠: nice house but can’t recruit right now. The case with the school that they took a dump on their pledges and took a video is not a good look. We will see how the lack of recruitment and in turn number of brothers affects them.
Mid:
Phi Kappa Tau 🏠: throw regularly and are proper mid there isn’t anything big besides the fact their juice is dangerous. They will probably stay around here.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon: don’t have a house so can’t do much but dage but they have a lot of brothers and decent relations. No one will hate them for being here.
Phi Kappa Psi 🏠: low on numbers but have enough brothers and a house to stay here. They throw enough and are fine.

As sorry as one can be to post this, Pi Kappa Phi will likely be “upper tier” starting fall sem (esp with 52 College Ave & having a stupid amount of Brothers), amongst Delta Phi & Chi Phi. Chi Psi can possibly alter that if they actually threw more. Z Psi had a very good chance but now is shot because they like to defecate on their pledges. Don’t even worry about AEPi or Theta Cheese-those are slow. Everyone else who
doesn’t want to join a frat for clout, actually talk with the brothers during rush & see what aligns with your desires in terms of Greek life

Sig Ep will never be the same. Sig chi came back good but sig ep has been top of the squids they won’t get back to their former level. But yeah tdx and pike are done.

SigEp stands out as a forward-thinking fraternity in all issues, including gender. SigEp has traditionally treated gender as binary, when we live in a world with increasing awareness that gender is not always binary. SigEp’s membership is currently restricted those persons who identify as male, but there is limited space in Greek communities across the country for non-binary individuals to engage. SigEp is convening a task force to explore removing any screening of gender from its membership criteria and this would also expand SigEp’s recruitment pool.

Depending on theta chis outcome we will prob see a top 5 of dphi, chi phi, pi kapp, sig chi, and chi psi by the end of fall. The order might have to be shuffled around maybe moving some up or down one slot but if theta chi does fold that 5 is solidified barring anything crazy happening seeing as AEPI has restrictions until 2025 and zeta psi has an hq investigation happening. Those 2 are the only others that I could see threaten that top 5.

i dont even like sig chi but a lot of people including this list have them between 6-8 as of the end of last sem so I could see a top 5 move with the new house not being impossible. everyone said dphi wouldn't be top 2 years ago too and look now.

Yeah ur right they are top of mid rn which is where this has em around. I would not consider number 6 on this list top that’s a generous use of the word top.

Prolly one of the most coherent and accurate things I’ve seen on this site in a minute. With that said tho Pikapps future is dependent on their brotherhood actually being a brotherhood and not a cliquey social club with a strenuous process. Another thing to add, if you’re considering TDX or Pike, don’t waste your time. And Sig Chi, maybe even Sig Ep, will likely rise to where they were before considering their legacy and help from their nationals
