There is no true number 1 rn

There is no true number one fraternity on campus right now like there has been in the past. Some people will say chi phi but they have mid events that other frats have outcompeted on the same nights. They are good don’t get me wrong but but not great and they got a decent break because all the other frats got kicked in order. It started with sig chi getting kicked around 2017 followed by kappa sig then phi delt then a few more culminating to pike and tdx moving to the top and getting kicked. All that slowly had the mid frats creep up. There is a void on campus that no one has filled yet and I want to see who will be the one that truly claims the top spot whether that will be next semester or even longer down the line.

Honestly chi phi did throw some of the biggest parties of the year. They have to follow DeanA rules where pike and tdx don’t. Need more frats to step up now. dphi with most potential

If some frats just tear down their nasty houses or build new with daddy's money, maybe they will get more quality people.

I think that this is Lowkey true but if greeklife is dying we aren't going to see stuff like we used to which is why it might feel this way
