For everyone saying rush chi psi. ya it’s a great option but let’s not forget they have the most expensive dues on campus. also don’t be fooled by the house, an alumni lives there so they don’t throw parties there.
also Theta Chi and AEPI are still in trouble and not in the clear. Probably gonna get suspended or other stuff if not kicked. regardless you do you but i would stay away
We keep mentioning pike and tdx rn cause they are good but let’s be real they are dead once the school year starts
It seems to be the start of a new cycle of top fraternities. When rushing, look for potential not just where they are at right now. all the tops got kicked or in trouble and now the next tier is climbing so keep an eye out and look ahead.
