Frat houses during rush

Wanting to rush in the fall '22. Which fraternities have actual physical houses and which don't (I want to stay away from them)?

which fraternities are considered low to high?

What is the average amount of pledges per semester?

Does everyone with money and a pulse usually get a bid somewhere?

One more: is the fall rush process --formal or more come and go as you want? Do you get to pick and choose which houses to start going to or is it more structured with schedules throughout the week?
