Chi phi
Theta chi - pretty sure the kid woke up and that their no longer in hot water
Pikapp - getting sammy’s house next year
Dphi - getting TDX’s house next year
High-mid
Chi psi - known to be more of a study group, need to throw more and can def be top
DKE - pretty good parties but mostly attracts freshmans
Aepi - also got out of trouble
Mid
zeta psi - won their court case
Sig chi - got DU’a house
Phi psi - need better recruitment, isn’t doing too hot w recruitment recently
TDX and Pike - got kick off, heard pike only had like 6 pledges. Depending on how their recruitment goes, their fraternity might/might not survive. But still throw pretty decent parties.

Traditional rankings are toxic. University administrators and many of our peer fraternities are looking for SigEp to lead our campus to a “new normal” and fully separate ourselves from the drinking club brand associated with all fraternities. SigEp’s substance free policy is a strong start. It is hard when other fraternities are still hosting parties in their houses. It is hard on game days when the entire campus is tailgating. And it will be harder still when friends and dates ask why they can’t come pregame at our house before an event. But it is still the right thing to do and it can work.

Nothing is wrong w chi psi, they just don’t throw like that. And there is other things but can’t be mentioned on here.

Fraternities as they exist now are facing a crisis. Only 11% of students come to our campus interested in joining a fraternity. This declining interest has coincided with the fact that members of fraternities are far more likely to drink in excess than the average student. Because our SigEp chapter has a substance-free policy, we recruit better candidates and have stronger manpower than other fraternities chapters that are regrettably still beholden to illegal and dangerous drinking. SigEp is modeling a new way and new future for other fraternities here to follow.

Is this actually real cause I’ve never seen a frat relegate themselves into permanent irrelevance faster after coming to campus than sigep rn
