lol you realize all the ones u listed each have over like 70 brothers. pikapp has like 120 and chi phi has 95. u want something small with brotherhood go for the lower tiers / new frats on campus. u won’t like it but du, phitau, phipsi, sigpi all have low numbers. out of the new ones you could check out sigmachi and see how many heads they got.
