Skulls starting back up at Rutgers NB

by: Rocket

Phi Kappa Sigma is starting back up at Rutgers, they dont have the same reputation as they did in the past, whatever that may be, but what's the public's view on them? In a year or twos time do you think they could be a popular frat on campus, if they once were in the past at RU? Considering rushing them as the guys seem nice, but idk much and how stable theyll be/how the parties will be/if we have a sister sorority?

Will be almost impossible for a new chartered frat to get on its feet that fast unless the nationals can provide a nice chapter house for them on campus. Otherwise no one would even rush them and want to join sadly. Skull will need 5-10 years minimum to be relevant again.

5-10 years? I'm guessing they won't last 3 years. Look how many frats closed within the past year and new one returning are struggling to survive.
