Can Theta Chi stay top tier?

Theta Chi usually rushes and gets a lot of pledges. BUT, they are known for a lot of guys dropping out after initiation. Since Theta Chi is on social probation until March do you think a lot more guys will drop out? Will brothers be willing to pay dues if they are on probation? Will they get into financial trouble? Will this lead to a quick drop in tiers?

Who replaces them in the Top tier?

They aren’t doing well and the same goes for TDX and pikapp, so that leaves chi phi, chi psi and dphi. There’s been a drop in tiers for a lot of them so either some new ones step up or greek life weakens.

Delta Phi is on probation and moving back into their house. Are they stupid enough to screw it up this fall?
Chi Phi has been falling off for a couple semesters.
Chi Psi seems to be the most consistent.
Who is in the best position to move up a tier?

I pledged theta chi a few years back. Process was pretty chill but I dropped after they made us do the hokey pokey for 7 hours straight. Idk if they still make pledges do that but they’re chill guys.

How many students actually did that lol and why ?

They aren’t as bad as pikapp and tdx but they’re on their way there

Theta Chi has national recognition for a lot of people coming into college. But recently their recruitment hasn’t been the best and their letters can only do so much. A lot of the “old theta chi” have graduated so we’ll see how the class of 2022 and younger can do.

why are you guys on this app like this ,I literally have close friends in ox and they literally just told me they finished their process with the same amount of kids and that no one dropped .some getting on here and posting lies to try and put a frat down
