Do not believe any of the BS that DPhi is a top fraternity. It is a joke to think that they are included in the same tier as Theta Chi and Chi Phi. The only reason why they are getting so much hype is because they were the only place throwing during the pandemic. All FAKE NEWS!

I mean they aren't as top as Chi Phi or Theta Chi but they are still a top 3 frat and at that level it doesn't really matter where you go cuz ur still gonna get the same experience. Also the pandemic thing isn't even true the only half relevant frat not throwing was theta Chi
