Frats with not the best brotherhood

Idk what’s worse you saying pike is a top 3 frat or saying chi phi and pike have good brotherhood.

Yes, Pike is still a top frat. Yes they’re unrecognized now, but they’re still relevant and will be for awhile. They’ve never had a house
Chi Phi definitely a top frat. Own their house. Girls want to go there. Rushes want to join
Theta Chi still a top frat. They own their house. Living a little on past rep but still one of top. On probation though
Facts is facts. You know nothing about the brotherhoods and their relationships if you’re not in that frat. You just look stupid hating

Same lower tier guys on here hating on the better frats. Chi Phi, Theta Chi, Pike. You just listed the top 3 frats. They have the most brothers, they have the best parties, they’re the ones you’ll worry about getting a bid at. They’re the places the girls want to go to. They’re the ones the sororities want to mix with. they have just as good of friendships and brotherhood as any other frat. Stop trying to tear down others. Guarantee none of you guys are in any of them, so you look stupid commenting on their brotherhood which you know nothing about
