Is Phi Psi still worth joining since they are renovating/rebuilding their Bartlett house?

They’re also on the decline tho. Rush chairs put in no effort this year and only took 5 kids. They also leech off of other frats like Chi Psi and Delta Phi to do stuff with

Phi Psi doesn’t own the house. They rent. So does it really matter? They can get booted for any reason and then someone else moves in.
