y'all are hilarious. whoever put together this list, and those commenting on it are shallow, stereotypical frat dudes. Not everyone wants to be in a "top" tier. A lot of people think y'all are tools, so really, it's up to what you are looking for. Some people want a smaller frat with a chill vibe. Some people want a larger frat where their perception is they have better parties. It doesn't make one top tiered and one lower tiered. It just means they are different.
