DU & Zeta Psi at the rut

Hello just curious, if you had to choose one of these to rush which would you say is more worth it? Ik neither is amazing but which of the 2 would you prioritize in terms of involvement/size etc?

Zeta psi is better than du in every way, but zeta psi isn’t any good either. Du has been declining for the past three years despite being bottom tier already and they got zero pledges this time.
