Best Fraternities and Sororities at Rutgers
by: Top TierPeople keep posting “Top Tier” lists based on size, parties or good looks. The real premier groups OWN their houses. The real Top Tier has staying power. They may have up and down years but they are here for the long run. Recent flameouts like Pike, TKE and TDX show how quickly you can be gone without a house. Amazing how all of the groups that own a house have been here a long time and will be into the future.

Yes but a lot of kids in those frats don’t care ab brotherhood as much as they care ab having lit parties. Having a house doesn’t change what the brothers value.

So those groups are really party clubs disguised as fraternities. Than it is good that they are gone.

Dean A is aware that she has less control over these groups. She can “close” them like DKE and nothing really happens.

Those groups were built on partying, not brotherhood. They did not see a reason for long term success. A house is a great rallying point for undergrads and alumni. You do not want to be the class responsible for closing your chapter.
