Phi Psi & Phi Tau IFC at Rutgers

Phi Psi or Phi Tau- if you had a choice. Ik neither is amazing but I'm thinking about rushing both. Who would you say is more involved tho and brotherhood/reputation wise?

Even tho they're declining I'd still go phi psi. Either way, there's better mid tiers that actually have potential to look at
