Sororities doing fall rush?

I am transferring to Rutgers starting this summer and I'm wondering if I can rush a sorority in the fall.

Most don't but some might be taking if they're under quota. Formal recruitment is spring when all are recruiting

Yes but only a very few will. You have more options come spring.
