Delta Chi fall rush

Hows Delta Chi looking rn? I'm debating rushing them in the fall? But i heard they're on the heavy decline but not sure.

They have always been bottom tier, but used to be somewhat better like 4 to 5 years ago. They’ve been declining heavy since then and their numbers are becoming smaller by the semester. Relations are weaker than ever and the parties have never really been anything to to talk about. I would say avoid rushing them.
