Phi Sigma Sigma
Pros: Biggest Greek house on campus. Huge beams on the outside making it look like like your typical Greek house. Huge living area with chef and nice sized rooms.
Cons: They don't own the house and basement is rented out to gdis
Zeta Tau Alpha
Pros: Very large house owned by their nationals. Nice modern looking built just for them. Large living area with chef. Nice sized rooms and very well maintained.
Cons: No basement
Sigma Kappa
Pros: Good location on union street. Very nice exterior with a more modern look. Big front porch. Very nice interior as well. Decent sized rooms and large basement.
Cons: Don't think they own but I could be wrong.
Gamma Phi Beta
Pros: Great location right off college ave on the beginning of mine. Nice brick exterior with large beam columns in the front giving it a very Greek look. Nice sized back yard decorated nicely. Part of their roof is accessible, good for laying out. Very nice and big living area and nice sized basement.
Cons: Very, very small rooms and rent is ridiculously priced for the closets they call rooms. Don't own their house
Sigma Delta Tau
Pros: Great location right on college ave. Nice looking exterior with the vines going all up it. Nice interior as well. Nice looking large front porch. Don't know if they own their house
Cons: Small living area and the house it's self isn't very large either. Little parking in the back and no extra outdoors space besides their front lawn that's on a weird slant

DG hasn't moved in there yet. They're moving there this summer. That's going to be the new DG chapter house.
