what happened to phi psi?

phi psi had mad potential back in the day, what happened? why did they fall off so much?

and does this mean sae and/or zeta psi has a chance to overtake them?

Honestly a shame was kinda hoping they’d improve and get it together, them and chi psi were probably the only unproblematic frats outta the relevant ones at the time. They had some cool guys but some wasted potential oh well.
