Virtual recruitment

How is recruitment going so far? I’m sure it’s hard for both sides to choose with everything being virtual. Anybody have any ideas so far about what they like or don’t like ?

You would think they’d want their videos longer so Pnms could learn more about them. I didn’t learn anything from the ones that were all pictures.
